Imperial Toyota Cape Gate has won three of the five annual awards made to Imperial Toyota dealerships, taking home the honours for Best Dealer of the Year, Best Service Division, and Best Parts Division.
“These awards are a wonderful recognition for the hard work that the Imperial Toyota Cape Gate team has put into revitalising this dealership in the last three and a half years,” says Dealer Principal Charl Odendal. “Barry Leaner, our Parts Manager, and Lyzette Snyder, our Service Manager, have gone far beyond the call of duty in making sure that our customers get the best possible service, and they are backed up by our whole team of 55 people, who should receive all the credit for this remarkable achievement.”
The new vehicle sales department, Alan Robinson and his team has received a 99 percent positive rating from its customers in the past year, well ahead of the national average of 93 percent.
