Recently IMPERIAL Automotive Retail achieved an international standard of HR and talent management policy development. IMPERIAL along with 55 other companies was officially certified as a BEST Employer™ at MonteCasino on 26 August 2010.
To earn this certification, IMPERIAL elected to go through an HR management benchmarking process so as to be in a better position to deliver an employment experience and brand of which we can be proud of.
